Terms & Cancellation Policy — The Quiet Lens Mini Sessions
Booking & Payment
A full payment $200 is required to secure your mini session time slot.
Sessions are not officially booked until payment and this agreement are received.
All payments are non-refundable due to the limited nature of these sessions.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Your session may be rescheduled to another available date, if possible.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.
If you are running late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
Weather & Emergencies
In the case of rain, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will reschedule the session to a backup date.
If I (the photographer) must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Image Delivery
Your session includes 5 professionally edited digital images, delivered via an online gallery.
You will have the option to purchase additional images or upgrades (if desired).
Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks, and you'll receive an email once your gallery is ready.
Client Responsibility
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and come dressed and ready. These sessions are short and designed to move quickly.
I encourage you to be fully present, breathe deeply, and trust the process — I’ll guide you every step of the way.
Photo Use
By agreeing to this policy, you allow The Quiet Lens to use your images for portfolio, website, and social media (unless you request otherwise in writing).
