Terms & Cancellation Policy — The Quiet Lens Mini Sessions

Booking & Payment

  • A full payment $200 is required to secure your mini session time slot.

  • Sessions are not officially booked until payment and this agreement are received.

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the limited nature of these sessions.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Your session may be rescheduled to another available date, if possible.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.

  • If you are running late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.

Weather & Emergencies

  • In the case of rain, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will reschedule the session to a backup date.

  • If I (the photographer) must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Image Delivery

  • Your session includes 5 professionally edited digital images, delivered via an online gallery.

  • You will have the option to purchase additional images or upgrades (if desired).

  • Turnaround time is typically 2 weeks, and you'll receive an email once your gallery is ready.

Client Responsibility

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and come dressed and ready. These sessions are short and designed to move quickly.

  • I encourage you to be fully present, breathe deeply, and trust the process — I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Photo Use

  • By agreeing to this policy, you allow The Quiet Lens to use your images for portfolio, website, and social media (unless you request otherwise in writing).
